i was near to finish the design as i requested to open the project there was a day left,
was trying to fix some mess on the edges after playing the action, i been on designing and trying the action for about 3 days.

i made flying partials as windblown, steps was drawing by brush on edge of pupil eye, then you can play the action.

i could make it also in After effects so it can be animated not as Photoshop ( Static ), but i couldn`t figure how to make it as ( action ), that`s why i asked if its Static or animated, if you wanna any of what i have mention, you can let me know, wish you always the best.

i can give you all instructions for Photoshop particle actions and After effects ( some effects need extra plugins or Scripts ), without paying anything, y apology for any delay... i really wanna help and there was still a day left for the contest, my apology again.
