Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We will be new eye doctors in a practice with a lot of history. We would like to update their logo, still paying homage to the tree(s) in their logo which represent growth and change. Not tied to any other feature of the current look. Would like new logo to communicate growth, wellness, and have an understated pediatric look (not too much as we serve adults too, e.g. therapy after a concussion). Do not want a "corporate" look, but instead something that represents family and small-business. We love greens, blues and earth tones. Attached is their current logo below.
