Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

For the application/software development company Mria we need to create a nice solid logo.

Here're examples of logos I like (these are also outsource development companies):

I'd like to note that all of them are simply words with modified fonts and shapes and forms of the letters.

I like the idea of having such a simple logo without any complicated graphic, and having something like favicon (separate sign, that can be used as favicon or where icon is needed) which states letter M, e.g. example of luxoft's favicon
