Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new high impact nonprofit organization launched out of the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubator Program.
Rahi Impact’s mission is to make temporary international labor migration cheaper, safer, and more accessible for workers from low- and middle-income countries, empowering migrants and their families to break free from poverty. We plan to build a tech-first solution to support workers from India or Bangladesh migrate to work abroad without being exploited or overpaying the recruiters and intermediaries they currently rely on. We expect to focus on improving the migration process to Gulf Cooperation Council countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. However, our exact solution and target destination countries are not yet finalized.

We want to see a range of logo design options that:
1. Fit with our brand personality:
a. Warm: positive, caring
b. User-centered: empowers migrants, creates agency by helping them make decisions
c. Trustworthy: it is essential that migrants, employers, and other partners trust us
d. Accessible: easy to use for those with limited education
e. Innovative, cutting edge: we are as much a tech organization as a nonprofit
f. Professional: dependable, rigorous, data-driven; we need to signal professionalism to both users and donors
g. Context sensitive: sensitive to the cultures and places where we work. However, the logo may need to be relatively culturally neutral to avoid associations with a single country, religion, etc. and so that it works with funders and employers from other countries. Eventually we want to grow globally beyond India and Bangladesh.

2. Fit with our design principles:
a. Simple and clean: think Apple
b. Modern and tech-forward: we're not a traditional nonprofit
c. Professional

3. Evoke one of the following feelings or ideas. We don't need to capture all of these in one design, it would be great to see an option for each idea to compare.
a. Empowerment, progress, movement, openness: we help low-income workers transform their economic situation and lift their families out poverty by legally temporarily moving across borders to access better job opportunities
b. Connection: we will likely connect migrants to employers or to ethical recruiters, and to support services
c. Direction of travel: we will help migrants navigate their journey, so symbols like compass needles, maps, etc. could work well

Our current working color scheme is:
Primary: #003366ff (dark navy blue)
Secondary: #fffcf3 (light cream)
Accent: #ffaa43ff (orange)
However, we are open to other suggestions! Feel free to be creative.

Our target audience includes:
1. Low-skill migrant workers from India or Bangladesh
2. Employers
3. Existing ethical recruiters
4. Other nonprofits, government agencies, and companies working on migration
5. Funders -- currently wealthy individuals that work in tech or finance who are quantitative and interested in effective altruism, but this could grow to foundations and bigger global development funders like the World Bank

Please avoid anything that feels too cheesy.

We've included our current executive summary which includes details on our organization and our working color scheme so that you can see the types of materials where the logo would be featured.

We've also included a previous logo before we launched the organization, when we originally planned to be called "Yatri". We like the simplicity of this and how it evoked movement and uplifting people. In general, we like simple, clean tech logos like Apple, Slack, WhatsApp that really stick with users.

We would like:
1. One version that is just the non-text logo. We need to build brand recognition with this visual with migrant workers who may not read English.
2. A full version that includes the text "Rahi Impact" with the non-text logo (like the full attached Yatri logo).

For each of these, please provide a square and a rectangle version each with:
1. A version on a dark background (eg, with the primary dark blue color as the background like the cover page of the attached executive summary)
2. A version on a light background (eg, with the secondary color as the background like the second page of the attached executive summary).
