One item of note would be to keep in mind that we are a commercial/office type of real estate company. We don't do residential/homes, so any design element (such as peaks that look like houses/roofs) would not be what we are going for. We are Mark IV Investments. Not Mark IV Capital. Any designs submitted with their logo we obviously couldn't consider using.

Yes that is the correct size I've been given by the team that runs the ribbon boards at the arena.
