Title of the graphic needs to be:
TITLE = The UBORA Strategic Leadership Pipeline = larger, bold heading
SUB-TITLE = Developing a steady flow of servant leaders for Tanzania's future = under title; smaller font
change the text for each of the 7 steps to match the outcomes listed on the newly attached PDF (strategic pipeline 11x17)
Pipe should be straight or mostly straight.
Pipe should not be in a strong or dark color.
Any icons or symbols should be simple and professional, not like cartoon or childish.
We need a graphic design that shows our PROCESS, called a "pipeline," that is creating future leaders. We are a US-based non-profit that operates a Christian school in rural Tanzania for 600 students (pre-K through 12th grade). It starts with child sponsorship program that allows poor children and orphans to attend school, we have a primary school (like USA elementary school, pre-K thru 7th), and are building a secondary boarding school (like USA middle and high school, grades 8-12), where students will live on campus in dormitories. We offer education, scholarships, leadership development experiences, help finding and securing college scholarships, academic and career counseling, placements for internships and jobs, and networking and leadership development content and events to create the next generation of servant leaders for the country. Prominent colors should probably be the green, blue and black in the Tanzania flag; we want the design to communicate "smart" and "strategic." The stages of the pipeline need to be properly named; we need to show a "leak" in the pipeline after the primary school because we currently have to send our students AWAY to other boarding schools because we don't have one. As the attached recording says, this is bad for their progress. The attached pipeline graphic is very rough and NOT meant to be imitated. It is factually correct, but is busy and not attractive.
