We're looking for a strong background image or video evoking the future of work/employee success/healthy, happy teams (no bot images or cliched stock photo-looking stuff).

Our product primarily empowers/provides a better experience for employees with their IT and HR support requests (using their computer) for individual employee, so images of people collaborating/interacting together isn't really accurate for this product.
We're a software company helping enterprise companies improve employee experience and productivity through innovative AI-based support software.
