Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for starting my own company and splitting off from where I work now, the small community I work in knows me for my blue (Coldwell Banker) signs so I would like to keep that CB blue or something extremely similar. Then also white and black, just those 3 colors, very simple. I would like the logo to be a river and maybe add some pine trees, we live in a flat area so no hills. River could be blue, or could do the opposite with it being white and surround being blue. Trees can be black, blue or white. Could add a sun or a cloud or two, but not needed either. Could be a simple logo with just thr river above the text, or could make the logo in a circle and do the river and art within the circle and would make it easy for branding, apparel, etc.
