Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Create an updated logo for Geocore Creative, Inc., a video production that is adding drone and mapping services. Geocore Creative, Inc. - is the parent company name which we will have two main services:
- Geocore Films - 1) video storytelling
- Geocore Systems - 2) drone services - aerial cinematography and mapping.

Scope of work: - Develop a versatile logo that can represent elements of our expanded services - storytelling through video/film and drone (storytelling and mapping). Our tagline is "Elevated perspectives through authentic storytelling."

Brand colors: Black, grey, orange

Origin of our name:
The name Geocore is derived from: Geo: From the Greek word gē, meaning earth, ground, or soil. This represents the company's connection to the earth, grounded in nature, and with a focus on grounded, tangible work. Core: From the Old French word coeur, meaning the central, most important, or inmost part. This reflects the company’s mission to get to the heart of each project and deliver meaningful, authentic, impactful storytelling.

The original logo was a visual reference to the concept of an "epicenter". Basically, our work is an epicenter - it is the center that starts and causes immense impact that spreads and causes change (like an earthquake). The old logo was made in a rush many, many years ago.
