Employees can track progress, receive reminders for credential renewals, and explore personalized pathways for growth—all while earning digital badges, points, and credits to showcase their accomplishments.
Employers use the wallet to share with employees their development plans and training courses to build their professional skills and abilities.
Future:
As the Career Wallet is first launched for employees, when an employee leaves an employer, they will be able to take their Career Wallet with them. At that point, it will contain images of insurance cards, discount cards, etc.
