Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo for a new roofing/masonry company. Company will focus primarily on chimney services like repairs etc, but also roof installs and roof repairs.

I have included 2 logos for direction, we like the KINGSWAY logo in terms of the colours, the outline on the font, and we want it bold...and show strength.

Once approved, we require ALL the different file formats because they will go on business cards, uniforms and maybe even wraps for cars.

So full colour, black logo, white logo, all different backgrounds (Clear, black, white) and all formats (.PDF, jpg, png, eps, ai, svg) etc. I'm sure this is common practice, but want to be clear upfront :)
