Your budget for this is far too low for your brief. Far too low!

I'd recommend significantly increasing your budget, or dividing up the scope of work reframing the brief for the initial bit/phase of work.

Thank you for your comment. The scope is only for the design layout. The familiarity with flipbooks was only to inform the design. I will be updating the Brief shortly. Let me know what you think.
