1. Leaders Who Make Information Stick: They use stories, analogies, and unique learning experiences (like the ones you offer) to ensure that insights are applied. They’re exceptional communicators who take complicated ideas and make them easy to understand and simple.

2. Leaders Who get People to Stick Around: They lead with empathy, patience, and an unwavering compassion to inspire loyalty, even in challenging times. They understand that leadership isn't about authority—it's about relationships... so they seek to be both compelling and compassionate. They reflect on the stories they are telling and stay curious to clarify what is encouraging and useful.

3. Leaders Who Stick to Their Values: Whether it’s driving accountability or resolving conflicts with hard conversations, Sticky Leaders maintain standards. They build teams where trust isn’t just an abstract concept but a daily experience. Sticky Leaders move beyond memorable phrases to cultivate an environment where people live out values that are meaningful.
