Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like you to come up with different proposals for the logo of my Company. The name of the Company is ANouAVou , specialised in individual executive coaching, team building and organisational development. I work on my own guiding senior executives, both individually and/or within their executive committee and teams, in change management, leadership development, and transformation projects from vision to execution. I also conduct People Leadership Program for executive people . Additionally, I facilitate Professional Co-development groups and support individuals, teams and organizations facing burnout for a sustainable management.
I would like to have a logo that reflects the meaning of the name.
The name ANouAVou comes from the link between my first name (Anouk) and the meaning in French of "A Nous" = "Up to us" and "A Vous"= "Up to you". The key idea of this name//my specificity in any accompagnement I do. is all about starting with a hand-to hand support of the Client (the individual or the leader or the executive committee or the team, or the Company- = >ANou ((in french it means "up to us/together"), reveal his potential (of the leader, team, company) with the objective/intention let him shine and go in autonomy => AVou (in french it means"'to you".)
In others words, the logo should represent the idea to start in offering my support to a Client, giving them my hand, in order to enable the Client to reveal his potential, let him shine, making a significant step and go forwards in autonomy.
