Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Working on a B2B SAAS app startup, which we've named FieldDesk. Looking for a simple professional logo, plus a few simple colors to support it on the web interface and logo use. And perhaps some iconography / design elements to support the logo.
The business is a field work management application, used by farmers, agricultural companies, and other remote field workers.
So the imagery in the logo should be related to a tractor, tractor wheel, or similar, or something else related to farming. Along with potentially the 'desk' in there somewhere. But having said that would like it to be relatively simple and bold in style (particularly to suit mobile application sizes).
The app itself is used by farmers and farm workers to plan their work, complete checklists before work, report safety incidents, completed reports on the work they've done, etc.
There are two users of the platform - that actual farmers out in the field, and the corporate executive teams and boards who look at the resulting reports. So while the logo should have a practical simple feel to be acceptable to farm workers, it also needs to look professional to be make boards and executives think this is a large professional business that they can rely on.
The logo should be relatively stylised, but while abstract it should be clear that the farming, field, tractor, elements are in there.
The design should communicate practicality, reliability and simplicity.
