I appreciate the designs so far, but I do have some comments for further revisions:

1. Please make the designs not too cartoonish.
2. Bigger/toned muscles are appreciated as the icon should look like he handles steel.
3. Only want to see half torso up on the worker.
4. Theme should be towards structural steel, worker holding a steel beam is cool, we do not want to see items like pipes or gears.
5. Moustache being a steel beam is cool, please provide a few different options of designs, we haven't seen one we love just yet.
6. Fabwell Logo should be on the hardhat.
7. "Got Steel?" should not have any additional text or dates.
