Opening a tavern like establishment just outside a city part featuring golf, tennis, softball, frisbee golf. Our food selection will be centered around a commercial rotisserie smoker (ribs, chicken, brisket, butts). We'll have a large stage for karaoke, live music and some comedy. 4-6 pool tables and a large shuffleboard table. Behind the city park is an industrial business distric so we plan to be serving lunch and dinner with a full bar and an additional 1000 sqtf available for a little "speak easy" space behind a Murphy door.
