Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have two pictures of logo below that will help you see what I am looking for very professional!

I would like logo color to be midnight blue.

Also, the name of the company just leave it the way I have it and make the top name (Patszalek)midnight blue and then( Insurance agency )color black.

The icon needs to have a blank white image with the color midnight blue in the circle below. I want something really cool that looks just like the icon below with my company named beside of it. Looks really similar to the one below with the openings out of the circle, etc..
