Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are seeking a fresh logo design for The Cliffs at Bay Harbor, an upscale condominium association located on dramatic bluffs overlooking Little Traverse Bay in northern Michigan. This community serves as a luxurious seasonal home for residents who enjoy relaxed sophistication, natural beauty, and a deep sense of belonging.

The design should:
• Reflect the elegance of our lakeside location with views of Lake Michigan
• Evoke the tranquility and elevated style of a northern Michigan summer
• Be timeless, clean, and professional—appropriate for use in signage, digital communications, print materials, and apparel
• Draw light inspiration from the wave symbol used by the Bay Harbor Association (attached) to maintain visual harmony with our broader community
• Be stylistically aligned with the refined lifestyle and amenities found in the Bay Harbor community and Bay Harbor Yacht Club
• Incorporate natural, nautical, or architectural elements tastefully (water, bluffs, stone, shoreline, etc.)

Our current logo is also attached for context, but we’re open to evolution or reinterpretation that modernizes our visual identity while respecting the heritage.
