Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I require a logo design for a tourist information provider focused on the beach side Sydney suburb of Manly in Australia.
The area is surrounded on both sides by crystal clear aqua blue water, from the main beach to the Sydney harbour side with town has a vibrate surf culture and a relaxed, laid back vibe. We are looking to provide tourist information to national and international travelers.
Thinking of a logo that looks similar to a passport stamp, a distressed / faded style. Perhaps using the blue/aqua of the water with yellow/orange of the sun. The logo will be predominantly used on a white background so needs to stand out, ie with a darker outline.
The company is to be called 'Manly Tourist Cards'
