Brief / Attachment looks unclear. and is it possible to make project guaranteed?

This is our first project on this platform, and we are not sure how it will perform. However, we are determined to see it through to the end, provided that the proposed design options are of satisfactory quality.

What is unclear in our brief?

First, let's clarify:

Are you looking for design only or design + HTML/CSS?

Your budget is quite low for both.

Your process seems to be: first, select a design, then convert it to HTML.
For design only, the budget is fine. But for design + coding, it’s not feasible for us or any experienced agency.

Also, how many pages do you need to design/code?

Yes, the project includes both design and HTML/CSS. We have stated this several times in the brief.
When creating the project, we added coding as a payable option, so according to the DesignCrowd guidelines, the final price includes both design and coding.
You can see the "pages" in the provided screenshot, which was also mentioned in our brief.
