👩‍💼 Meet the Founder – Tanya Zammit
Hi, I’m Tanya — founder of PlanPathways and someone who truly understands what it means to build a life through hard work, resilience, and heart.
With over 24 years of experience running my own business, and a lifetime of advocating for myself and those around me, I created PlanPathways to offer something different: support that’s personal, honest, and truly tailored to each individual.
I’ve walked through big life changes — as a parent, a business owner, and someone who’s had to rebuild and grow. That experience has shaped my deep belief in the power of connection and clear guidance, especially when navigating complex systems like the NDIS.
I’m not just a provider — I’m a partner. I personally meet with every client, learn their story, and help build a pathway forward that feels right for them. My approach is grounded, practical, and human. You’ll never be just a number with me — you’ll be heard, supported, and respected.
PlanPathways is my way of offering real support, with real heart.
