Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new artists collective forming in Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. We are naming the group Artists Round The Sound, which forms "ARTS" as an acronym.
"Sound" stands for Parry Sound, Ontario.

We are all artists of various backgrounds and mediums (painters, stain glass artists, sculptors, etc) with the common goal of increasing the presence of arts in the Parry Sound community.

We want a logo that is simple, yet depicts art/creatives and has these three elements:
1. Is round
2. Has an element to depict the arts
3. Has an element unique to Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. Elements to be considered:
- Georgian Bay sunset
- Simple line map of Parry Sound Harbour

We are open to using colours, though would prefer one colour maximum along with black (monochromatic). Though simple black & white is also an option.

I have attached an image of an old logo for the group that was created 20 years ago. The designer included a map of Parry Sound harbour as an element to tie in Parry "Sound" and also made the logo round, which we like. We do not like the font choice and use of colour. There also is not an element to make is obvious this is a creative group.
