Project Title:
2025–2026 Sponsorship Prospectus Design

Background:
Torquay Hockey Club is a thriving community sports club based in Torquay, Victoria. We are building a new synthetic facility in 2025 and are seeking to attract new partners and sponsors. Our club has over 160 members and fields junior and senior teams in the Hockey Geelong competition.

We require a professionally designed sponsorship proposal document (PDF) to support our outreach to local businesses and major partners.

Deliverables:
• A professionally designed, branded sponsorship proposal in PDF format (optimised for email and print)
• Clean, community-sport feel using club colours (orange, grey, white)
• Incorporate photos, logos, and sponsor package table

Sections to include:
1. Club introduction
2. History and achievements
3. Facilities and new development
4. Sponsorship opportunities (tiers or custom offers)
5. Audience and reach (Team App, socials, media)
6. Mutual benefits

I have attached a Prospectus that has the correct information for the new document.
I have also attached the current Sponsorship proposal we have which looks amateurish but has photos that can be utilised in the new document.
