Werbetafel-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello!
We need a eye-catching 12' x 24' billboard designed for a very successful, modern cannabis dispensary on the Oregon coast, United States. Because of rules, we cannot have any marijuana leafs or other cannabis related images (flower, joints, smoke, etc). We can use the words "Shop" or "Dispensary" - we cannot use the words "cannabis", "marijuana".

Some ideas we had are 3 words stacked on left or center of billboard - maybe across bottom we have horizontal logo and the following words - “South of bridge in Depoe Bay”
Another idea is to have a small bubble in bottom/top corner with image of our dog (face only) - with some words around it - like "BONUS Shop Dog" or "Cute Shop Dog" or "Best Shop Dog" or "Friendly Staff"

I have attached our logo. I have also included a stacked logo version (vertical, not horizontal). the formats are .EPS and .PDF - the logos were created in Affinity Design 2.x.

Artwork Requirements:
The billboard is 12' tall x 25' wide
The artwork needs to be 1”=1’ @ 300dpi
Please add 6” of bleed all around so your total artwork is 13”x26”
Final deliverable should be .Ai file.
