Logo Redesign for GASS IMMOBILIEN
1. Initial Situation
GASS IMMOBILIEN is a highly specialized Vienna-based company focused on real estate project development and consulting for affluent clients.
The current logo has become outdated and no longer aligns with the company’s high-quality positioning.
The objective is a subtle redesign, not a complete rebranding. (we have inserted the old logo into the file for inspection)

The new logo should:
- Appear modernized without being trendy
- Preserve recognizability with the previous logo
- Visually convey the brand’s positioning as an exclusive, strategic consulting firm
- Be timeless and sustainable in the long term

- The name “GASS IMMOBILIEN” must remain part of the logo (pure symbol marks are excluded)
