I would like a logo that uses the text American Tug & Barge,Inc and uses the American flag as the logo

Simplicity is important.

Simple and memorable and brandable.

Flag can be still or show movement by the wind I’m undecided on what I like best.

Text should be clear and memorable. Not difficult to read.

Emphasis should be on the word American, and the words, tug and barge should be there, but not in your face.
