3D Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking to get a 3D design for a Tiki Man beer tap for a new product line I am about to release. Attached is the label for the product. It does not need to be identical for the Tiki Man but I would like to incorporate the product name 'Sneaky Tiki' as well as the brand name 'Martha's Vineyard Brewing Company' or attached logo in the design. The output file would need to be appropriate for a Kobra 3 MAX 8 color 3D printer and include the ability to countersink a threaded nut or brass sleeve in the bottom to screw onto the tap.
