Logo for a non-profit called the Concierge and Functional Medicine Institute. It’s meant to serve as an educational resource for primary care physicians, especially those in concierge or functional medicine practices. There’s a placeholder website at cafmi.org that will eventually serve up summaries of academic papers relevant to primary care physicians.
