Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a Twitch Extension I made for Twitch Streamers to use when playing games. The Extension is called "Havoc Hero". It basically allows the viewer to use Twitch Bits to either cause "Havoc" for the streamer by spawning in bad things, such as mines, zombies, or killer bears, or they can be the "Hero" by healing the streamer, feeding them, giving them guns, ammo, etc.

I have no real concept of colours or design, except that I want the colours to be bright and cartoon-like. I would also like there to be 2 little characters, like a Devil and an Angel, to represent the naughty Havoc side and helpful Hero side.
