Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are Meraki Circus — a dynamic and creative circus company offering performances, entertainment, workshops, adult and youth classes. We’re celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and we’re looking for a refreshed version of our logo that better communicates our identity as a circus and works beautifully across both digital branding and physical merchandise (especially T-shirts for performers, students and staff).

WHAT WE NEED
- A refreshed logo design based on our original (see uploads)
- The updated logo should feel modern, clear, and recognisably “circus”
- The logo must work in:
• Full detail for digital and print
• A bold, simplified version for T-shirts
Please include a T-shirt-friendly version/mockup, where the logo works alongside:
• “AERIALIST” (for student shirts)
• “COACH” (for staff shirts)
• “PERFORMER” (for staff shirts)

Note: While this is a Logo Design project, it is essential that the logo is adaptable for shirts — and we’d love to see mockups or simplified layouts suitable for apparel. Perhaps even the word coach or aerialist etc on front or back or something… a different spot.

BACKGROUND

Our current logo is hand-drawn, mandala-style and symbolises an aerial view of a circus tent, with aerial silks on side, hula hoops, hoop dancers, juggling balls and flames. While beautiful and unique, it’s highly detailed and not immediately readable as “CIRCUS” — especially in small formats. As it is originally hand drawn it would be nice to see some symmetry. Happy to take elements of original logo - could also add static trapeze, juggling clubs, acrobats etc)


We want to retain the spirit and essence of the original, but modernize it:
• Make it clearer, cleaner, and more versatile
• Help it stand out more as a circus brand
• Ensure it looks professional and exciting when worn by coaches or kids
