WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I currently have a website. But I would like it redesigned. Here is my website:
www.highlandroofing.co

I want to try and mimic the look of another website: www.hookagency.com

For legal reasons I don’t want to copy it 100%, but I would like to copy it as much as possible because I like the look and simplicity of this website. We have similar colors. My company colors are black, red and white.

I am not very good at web design, but I am good enough to go into front page and change some text and images if the main design is already created for me. I am looking for someone to basically create 95% of this front page site for me, and I can go in and tweak some of the wording and images later.

My current website already has SEO work done. So I do not want to lose the work that is done already because I am currently ranked very well in my area. I just want the design of my site to change but not lose any seo rankings.

I attached some wording id like to replace from the hook agency website. But this is NOT complete. Just some notes I wrote down. We can get together to make this more complete later.

The most important things to me is that I do not lose SEO and the overall look and design is similar to hook agency website but its designed for my highland roofing website.
