Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I own a residential architecture design firm in Houston Texas for the past 20 years and also an online company that sales existing stock plans "pre-drawn house plans" for the high end luxury home market across the nation and Caribbean.

We have several jobs as part of what we are doing here, and would like to work with a designer who comes up with the best logo for us on the additional items listed other than the logo and provide us with bids for these as well. We would like to do a new total corporate branding for our two companies "Gary Keith Jackson Design Inc., and Luxurystockplans.com including the following:

1) Company Logo - Luxurystockplans.com (this Logo also needs to scale into our new website box area size:- Width:191px height:75px) We need this first to send to our website developer.

2) Company Logo for - Gary Keith Jackson Design Inc. (GKJDI)

3) Logos to be input on the Luxurystockplans website, I have attached a sample of the NEW Main Page and Membership Join Page for reference where you can see the Logo placement area. Now the banner AD at the top will carry the verbiage something like "Featuring Homes designed by Gary Keith Jackson Design Inc." when web traffic first lands on the home page. I think in this "banner AD" at the top amongst the verbiage should contain the GKJDI logo somehow. Reasoning for this is these are two separate companies and when I send my local client there, there is nothing saying its GKJDI.

4) Next we would like to design new business cards for both companies.

5) Letterhead too, continue the whole consistent theme for a thorough professional look.

6) Next we want to look at designing new "Title Blocks" for our actual blueprints, again with both companies, We will have to show you what boundaries you have to work within, etc.

7) As we move forward with finalizing our new website we will also be looking at banner Ad designs and marketing projects.

This is a full scale total corporate branding job and it will lead to additional graphic design projects for our online website. If you think this is something you would be interested in we need to set up a meeting at your earliest convenience to come to our offices to go over this "to do list" and get started. • We want to be able to use the logos in multiple places, and must also transmit into a greyscale format for our black and white large scale printer / plotter producing our construction drawings (many people call house blueprints but they are actually black large Xerox copies)
