Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I recently got an introduction design created for my insight consulting business. I like where it's going, but want to evolve it a bit further to finalize. Looking for creative ways to improve it.

The logo should evoke leadership and forward movement, thus I like the elephant that is already shown. I'm not sure I need the moon. I want the elephant to have a dot for an eye. Perhaps the stars are in front of the elephant to help convey it is pointing to insights and moving forward. I also would love to explore color.
