Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a corporate logo designed for my commercial company, Walk for Life. The logo colors should be emerald green, white, black with orange highlights. But I am flexible with regard to other color schemes. I am competing with a nonprofit company called “Walk with a Doc.” I do not like their logo and want to ensure that my logo is nothing like theirs. I have uploaded their logo as an example what not to create.
