Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I've started a new IT company, and I need a set of logos and a brand guide. This company is called Hometown Tech. We are a small IT company that is centered around hands on, helpful, trustworthy, concierge type service for our clients. We work in an area with several small towns, not really near a city. The name "Hometown" signifies that we are part of the community and aim to serve that community.

I have a base idea that I'd like to let artists expand off of: I am envisioning a computer chip sort of with a small town map on it with buildings and houses as nodes on the chip and the roads being the connectors on the chip.

This logo must be simple enough to be printed on shirts, coffee mugs, etc. It should be clean and modern while conveying the feeling of being here for the community that we serve.
