Project Title:
PatronX – Company Management Platform UI Design
Project Overview:
We are developing PatronX, an all-in-one management platform for professional product and sales. The software combines daily operations, cost management, inventory, personnel administration, and planning into a single system.
We are launching this design competition to receive a clean, modern UI design that reflects the efficiency and structure of our system. This is not a Point of Sale (POS) system, but rather a back-office/administration tool used by product, sales, and office teams.
What we need:
A dashboard + 7 core module pages. The design should be dark, minimalist, and optimized for desktop views.
Dashboard Requirements:
The dashboard is the first screen after login. It should display:
• Due Dates
o Birthdays
o Passport expirations
o Contract expirations
o Residence permit expiration
o Missing documents / confirmations
o Vacation
o Illness
o Absence
o Warnings
o Terminations
o Maintenance
• Daily Routine
o Tasks
o Appointments
o Holidays & special days

o To-do lists
o Weather
• Reports Shortcut
o Income and expenses
• Financial Overview
o Finances (income/expenses)
o Target-actual planning
o EBIT – target-actual
o OPDS documentation

o Inventory
o Inventory price difference

o Reimbursements
o Travel expenses
7 Main Modules:
1. Activities – Daily closing, documentation, company data
2. Planning – Personnel, supplier, and service planning
3. Files – Personnel files, supplier data, service contracts
4. Costs – Personnel, supplier, and service costs
5. Finances – Income/expenses, EBIT balance sheet, liquidity overview
6. Product Goods – Inventory, price comparison, orders
7. API / Settings – Basic settings, interfaces, calendar, contacts
User Groups:
• Production roles: A, B, C…
• Office roles: A, B, C…
• Management: A, B, C…
Design Preferences:
• Style: Modern, minimalist, functional
• Theme: Dark/Light mode (standard and negative)
• Colors: Dark blue, gold/black accents, neon green
• Layout: Modular blocks, icons + labels, high readability, statistical charts
Deliverables:
• UI design files (Figma preferred, XD or Sketch acceptable)
• Static screens only (no prototype required)
• Up to 8 screens: 1 dashboard + 7 modules
Note:
This design will form the visual foundation of our product. We are looking for clearly structured, clean layouts that help companies manage their operations efficiently.
