PowerPoint-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an association of banks that invest equity in low-income housing. I need a PPT template that captures our role in providing housing, but is professional and modern. We aren't the housing developers or owners. We are the banks providing equity. The PPT will be used for a wide variety of virtual and in-person meetings. I have provided our brand guidelines and our current PPT (which we don't love) and a recent conference brochure, which we like more.

I am looking for a versatile PPT template. I would like four options for the cover slide and then only a handful of interior slides. Don't use the brochure to populate it. I am looking for a template, not an actual PPT. Keep it simple!

Colors should be our brand. Light, airy and modern. It would be helpful to have apartment housing incorporated somehow. But not necessarily as a picture of a property. Just visually integrated to connect that the work we do creates housing, but at the end of the day, we are bankers. I am providing some pictures you can use.
