### 📍 Project Title: Keystone House – Logo Refresh & Full Brand Pack

**Overview:**
We are looking for a professional **overhaul of our existing Keystone House logo**. We do **not** want a complete redesign — the current logo is already widely used across signage, printed materials, and online. The goal is to **modernise, refine, and future-proof** the design while keeping it clearly recognisable as the same brand.

### 🎯 Project Goals:

* Refresh and modernise the existing logo while retaining its core identity.
* Ensure the logo works across **all digital and print applications**.
* Provide a **full professional brand package** including files, fonts, and guidelines.

### 📐 Requirements:

#### Logo Design:

* Update the current Keystone House logo with a **cleaner, more contemporary finish** (e.g. improved proportions, spacing, typography, or subtle stylistic touches).
* The logo must remain **instantly recognisable** as the Keystone House brand.
* Variants required:

* **Black on white**
* **White on black**
* Both versions with **transparent backgrounds**
* **Monochrome** version suitable for stamps, embroidery, and signage.

### 📁 Deliverables:

Please supply **ALL** of the following:

1. **Logo Files (for print, web, and app use):**

* SVG (scalable vector)
* PNG (transparent background)
* JPEG (high-res)
* PDF (vector for print)
* EPS/AI (original editable file)
* ICO or favicon version (for website/app icon)

2. **Brand Guidelines Document (PDF):**

* Logo usage rules (clear space, sizing, do’s & don’ts)
* Colour palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK values
* Font names, weights, and usage
* Example applications (on signage, website, print)
* Typography guidelines (including any web-safe alternatives)

3. **Fonts:**

* Full names and download links (or include font files if licensed for sharing)
