Future Proof Home Improvement is a startup residential roofing company launching in Northern Ohio, USA. We specialize in quality roof installations with a focus on long-term protection and value. The name "Future Proof" conveys durability, forward-thinking innovation, and peace of mind for homeowners investing in their most important asset. Our URL is yourfutureproofhome.com (no website yet), and we're seeking a complete visual identity that reflects our commitment to protecting homes for decades to come.
We need several logo variations: a primary horizontal lockup with icon, "FUTURE PROOF," and "Home Improvement" tagline; a vertical stacked version; an icon-only version that works independently for social media and small applications; and a wordmark-only version. All variations must be provided in full color, reversed (white on dark), single color, and black/white. Typography should be clean, modern sans-serif for "FUTURE PROOF" (bold, confident, possibly all caps) with a lighter weight for "Home Improvement." The design should be professional but approachable, modern but not trendy, and must avoid looking dated in 5-10 years.
Our target audience is homeowners aged 35-65 in middle to upper-middle class suburban and rural areas, with household incomes of $75K-$200K+. The logo must work effectively across diverse applications: business cards as small as 2 inches wide, yard signs visible from 50+ feet, vehicle wraps, embroidered uniforms, billboards, website headers, social media profiles, and email signatures. It must remain legible at 0.5 inch width and recognizable at 40x40 pixels for favicon use. The design needs to function on white backgrounds, dark backgrounds, photographic backgrounds, and colored materials.
Required deliverables include vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) and raster files (PNG with transparent background and JPG with white background) in multiple sizes: 500px, 1000px, 2000px, and 5000px wide, plus high-resolution versions at 300 DPI for print.
