Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want to create a luxury logo for a new 'elite' leg of an existing travel and destination management company based in Dubai. I would like it to be very similar to the existing logo however say Elite instead of Tours and be in luxurious colours, possibly black and gold but open to suggestions
