Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a 1 page (front and back) 8.5" x 11" tri-fold brochure. Please refer back to our Rack Cards for a similar look and feel to the design. They can be found here: https://iasquared.org/resources/healthy-food-healthy-brain-rack-card-series/.
This brochure is titled: Questions to Ask Your Doctor About Memory Loss.

The document is for older readers. Do not put text over graphics and keep it simple and easy to read with high contrast.

We want some very simple design element(s) incorporated that convey Native American communities or heritage. But NO headdress, teepee graphics, owls etc. I have included some images, please use your creative discretion to use which ones look good.

Please feel free to choose one of each of the 2 logos that looks best (horizontal or square). We have the IA2 logo and the Brain Health Resource Center logo we would like to add. I have added the document and there are images to choose from to use.

I am thinking that the front of the tri-fold should have one of the pictures of a patient and doctor talking. I have included several options. Please use your creative discretion to choose what looks best.
