McKenzie Cleaning — Homepage Redesign Brief
Project Goal
We need a complete redesign of the homepage for our cleaning business, McKenzie Cleaning.
The goal is a clean, modern, trust-building homepage that works equally well for:
• Residential clients
• Commercial clients
The page should feel polished, reliable, easy to navigate, and completely free from clutter, gimmicks, or corporate-sounding fluff.
About Us (Context)
McKenzie Cleaning has operated in Sale, Victoria for over 30 years.
Our brand is built on:
• Reliability
• Convenience
• Long-term trust
• Straightforward, no-nonsense communication
We do not want to look like a large franchise, and we do not want to look cute or playful.
The design must feel modern, practical, confident, and professional.
What We Need Designed — Homepage Only
1. Hero Section
A clean, modern hero area with:
• A simple image or clean background (no clutter, no heavy overlays).
Images from our current site may be helpful, or you may source alternatives.
• Headline suggestion (designer may refine):
“30+ Years of Commercial and Residential Cleaning in Sale”
• Sub-headline suggestion:
“Trusted by locals for three decades.”
• Primary CTA button: Get a Quote
2. Trust-Building Logos
Positioned directly beneath the hero:
• Small, neat logos of organisations we work with
(CFA, Uniting, Central Gippsland Health, DVA, etc.)
• A clean Google Reviews block (stars + review count)
• Must be compact, tidy, evenly spaced — not loud or oversized
3. Trust Block / Problem–Solution Copy
This section introduces why hiring cleaners can be stressful and why reliability matters.
Headline example:
“Call the cleaners you can count on.”
We have existing copy for this section.
Please present it in a minimal, breathable, modern layout that is easy to scan.
4. Stats / Counters Section
Three sharp, structured stat boxes:

These should look clean and understated — not oversized or gimmicky.
