Please avoid text, letters, the letter F, or wireless icons. The electronic door access is not necessarily wireless. Also a reminder that this will be an app icon on the home screen of a mobile device, so it has to look good at that size. If it is too busy/complex that detail will be lost.

More notes: old-fashioned keys and keyholes are not desired, there are plenty of those in my industry. Also, don't do things that look like fingerprints, because that implies fingerprint-based access. We support all different types of access including cards, mobile, fingerprint, and we don't want to limit our image to just one

I would say also avoid padlocks, and "shield" imagery.

Avoid house/home imagery, that implies only home security. we do all kinds of door security including businesses etc
