Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo for a new Contemporary Art Gallery. We want it to be sleek, clean, and modern. The name of the gallery is "K'terra Contemporary". The logo will go on signs, the door, and business cards. Ideally it will have some combination of the main 2 artists logos (attached below). I like the hint of wood accents that are in the SMC logo....and the simplicity of the Studio Krick logo. Perhaps highlighting the K someway. A square design would be good. Our 2 websites are www.studiokrick.com and www.smcwooddesigns. Basically it will be both of our art in the gallery and we want a logo to set up the new storefront. We are open to all suggestions, but really want a simple, clean, and sleek design.
