Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

“I designed this logo myself and would like to refine it so it looks professional. I am open to suggestions.
I would like the name to appear in a gold, embossed (relief) style. I like the black background, but I am open to other ideas.
Regarding the subtitle, I am looking for suggestions, as I offer not only coaching, but also consulting, sales training, and process support for business transitions and company successions.
I would also like a smaller version of the logo that can be used as a recognizable branding element in PowerPoint presentations.”

• Please retain the head element: the rounded shapes in different colors represent diverse ideas. In sales, it is essential to understand the customer’s needs. Nine out of ten purchasing decisions are driven by emotion; therefore, it is crucial to understand the ideas, needs, and motivations that exist in the customer’s mind. The same applies to coaching and process support during business succession. We are all different and think in different ways. Living and working together, while allowing others to think differently, is fundamental to me and requires continuous awareness and effort.
