Design a premium, institutional, dark theme web app UI for OpenReal. The UI must look high end, clean, and consistent across all pages. Follow the attached design brief as the single source of truth.

Responsive layouts (desktop first plus tablet and mobile)

States: loading, empty, error, pending, confirmed, failed or expired

Exportable assets (SVG or PNG) where needed

Short developer handoff notes (component specs, spacing, states)

Branding
Use the OpenReal logo and brand guidelines attached. Do not introduce any other branding inside the OpenReal app.
