Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo design for a new business. I am opening up a Taproom in DuPont, WA and would like a logo similar to the file I have submitted. Additional notes below:

I would like to replace "FOURTH" with "SOUTH", with the S & H enlarged like the F & H are in attachment. Font can be changed, but I do prefer the distressed look in the lettering.

For the tap handle: graphics can be simplified, more of a "hand drawn" look. I would like to make it smaller to fit it all within the circle.

Overall, everything can be kept black & white. Other fonts can be altered. All accent graphics on circle & around bottom words are free for creativity.
