Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a Logo for a Farm to Table business which can be formatted for use making printed mason jar and packaging labels, signage, website and social media. The name of the business is "Gateway Potager" and tagline is "From Soil to Soul". A "potager" is French for "soup garden" or "kitchen garden" and traditionally represents a vegetable garden which is visible from a home's kitchen, produces companion vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. Importantly, the garden also has an attractive layout design aesthetic so that the garden itself is an artwork. Gateway Potager grows entirely organic produce which are locally sold fresh, canned or dried. Certain prepared foods are also derived from the garden produce and offered for sale to local and regular customers. I also raise chickens for colorful organic eggs.
As portrayed in the attachments, the Logo should include a "gateway" structure made from uniform 5" square weathered steel tubing arched at top with a simple compass logo attached to the arch crown. The Gateway opens to the garden with squared-off raised beds containing ripened vegetables, etc. The garden background illustrates the Ohio River Valley, blue skies some clouds and a subtle ray of southern exposure sun entering the garden. The garden pathway should be midsized colorful gravel. Just inside the gateway entrance there should be two randomly grazing chickens. In front of the gateway the logo should feature an assortment of freshly picked vegetables, eggs, canned goods flowers and herbs.
Logo text should include 1) "Gateway" on one line in a bold curved font- 2) "Potager" on second lines which is slightly smaller and 3) slogan "From Soil to Soul" in a banner. Design.com has a font I like called "Celestia BC"
The logo should have good detail in imagery and a rustic/vintage feel. I want two versions- 1) a detailed colorful image that can be reproduced in print and web and 2) a slightly simplified version (line drawing) that can be used for stamps, etching, etc.
