Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for two closely related logo designs for our 2026 dance recital, A Night at the Museum. The overall aesthetic should feel elegant, artistic, and theatrical, with a nod to classic fine art. The central visual element is a Degas-inspired ballerina, dressed in white, posed gracefully within an ornate picture frame, as if she is a living artwork. A subtle, playful “thief” character is interacting with the frame appearing to steal, carry, or sneak away with it adding a sense of motion and storytelling. In the background, we envision museum-inspired elements such as gallery walls, architectural outlines, classical columns, or soft line-art silhouettes of museum displays to set the scene without overpowering the main figures. One version of the design should be more detailed and text-friendly for posters and print marketing, including event information, while the second version should be a simplified, logo-style graphic suitable for t-shirts and merchandise, focusing on the core imagery and title.
